Metallic Stainless Steel Braided Hose Assemblies
Parnor and Parrap convoluted hoses are manufactured with standard/close pitch annular corrugations obtained by hydroforming, these types of hose provide optimum flexibility. Buckley Industrial can also supply THP hose for high pressure applications; this can be single, double or triple braided.
Materials:
Metallic hose is normally supplied in Stainless Steel AISI 321 with External Braids in AISI 304. Hose and Braid can also be supplied in Stainless Steel AISI 316. However a variety of hose and braid materials are available for specialist applications.
Temperature:
Excellent capability from -269ºC up to 800ºC

PTFE Convoluted & Smooth Bore Hose
PTFE Convoluted Hose Range
Seamless Imperial Helically Convoluted PTFE Hose. Special hose types manufactured including Helically reinforced hose assemblies for Vacuum use plus Heat Trace or Ant-static hose designs.
Temperature:
Wide operating temperature from -60ºC to 260ºC.
Applications:
Suitable for conveying acids, chemicals, food and pharmaceuticals. It has an excellent resistance to vibration.
PTFE Smooth Bore Range
Imperial Standard Smooth Bore PTFE hose. It is available from Buckley Industrial in a variety of Assembly formats and with variant braid types such as polyurethane and Stainless Steel.
Temperature:
Wide operating temperature from -60ºC to 260ºC.
Applications:
Suitable for conveying chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, oil, gas, fuels and steam.
Rubber Hose
A wide selection of rubber hose can be supplied in various materials with a variety of fittings to suit most applications. Assemblies can be supplied to suit a wide range of working pressures and temperatures
PVC Hose
Made from extruded PVC which can be braided, wire reinforced or both. These assemblies are generally used for suction and delivery and are supplied with a variety of different fittings to suit the application. Hose sizes range from 3mm to 300mm bore
 Composite Hose
An extremely flexible and lightweight hose, used for a variety of applications conveying a range of substances including chemicals, solvents, hydrocarbons and acids.
It is composed of a variety of fabric and film layers, depending on the application, which provide both strength and sealing properties. A spiral internal wire supports the inside of the hose wall and provides full electrical continuity. An external wire gives protection from external damage and keeps the hose layers in tact.
Both layers and wires are combined in varying ways to support different applications.
The outer layer consists of PVC coated fabric for ease of cleaning and colour coding.
Hydraulic Hose
Buckley specialises in the supply of hydraulic hose assemblies to the power industry. We are able to attend site, measure hose sets in situ and supply high quality replacements thereby minimising engine downtime. These hoses are manufactured at Buckley and tailored to the Customer's requirements.
All hose assemblies supplied by Buckley Industrial comply with the Pressure Equipment Directive (EC/97/23)
