All of our flexible connectors are manufactured to customer specific requirements from a wide range of materials. Therefore we can cover a variety of different industries including chemical, food, power generation and material handling.

Bellows
Bellows are used to accommodate material stress in steel piping systems. They are used when there is axial, lateral or angular movement between two pipes, and so it is not possible to use stainless steel flexible hose. The number of convolutions in a bellow is determined by the amount of movement necessary to withstand the thermal expansion. Fewer and wider convolutions can offer a large amount of elasticity, however, if bellows are needed for situations where high pressure becomes a factor then the convolutions need to be shorter and more plentiful. These have a direction of flow and so must be located in the correct orientation. With the experience we have at Buckley Industrial we can offer the very best product for the varying needs of our customers.

Bin Activator Seals
These are used to connect powder hoppers/bins to the bin activator which vibrates to stimulate powder flow. The vibration between the bin and the activator necessitates a flexible connection to eliminate powder loss. Experience has shown that the application of these seals reduces stress on the hopper and therefore increases its life. We supply to a large range of industries and produce seals from 3' to 16' diameter. The seals are manufactured on site from extruded rubber strips.
