Rubber Expansion Joints
Rubber Expansion Joints (Bellows) are used to dampen noise and to absorb any thermal expansion or contraction within pipework. They are also used to compensate for any movement within pipework, whether it is axial, lateral or angular as they are extremely flexible.
Buckley Industrial supplies a wide range of rubber joints to cope with our customers varying needs. The composition of the bellows can be altered which allows the perfect unit to be supplied for every application.
We supply rubber expansion joints in a size range of 1” to 40”. They can be supplied with either fixed or swivel flanges manufactured in accordance with various different flange specifications (ANSI B16.5, PN, JIS etc), and can be supplied in a wide range of different materials in order for every unit to be suitable for its intended application.
Devices which limit the amount of movement an expansion joint can make, such as tie rods and angular limiters, are available upon request.
For applications that require additional resistance to either the media or the external environment, a number of different liners and covers are also available.
Please contact our sales team with your requirements and they will help you build the perfect unit for your application.
