Push In Flange Protector
Push-In Full-Face Flange Protectors and SAE Flange Protectors are designed to fit many different styles and sizes of Flanges, allowing for maximum flexibility. Designed to protect from damage and contamination during transit, handling and storage, our MPI series products are easy to install and remove.
SAE Flange Protectors
Suitable for both imperial (ANSI) and metric (DIN) flanges to specifications DIN2627 – 2638, 150, BS 5504 and ANSI B16.5. They are moulded in yellow polyethylene plastic to fit 3/8″ to 12″ nominal sized pipe flanges.
Sealing Plugs and Threaded Caps
Sealing Plugs and Threaded Caps are designed to fit many different styles and sizes of threaded pipe ends, allowing for maximum flexibility. Designed to secure Metric, BSP and Swagelok threads from damage and contamination during transit, handling and storage They are moulded in yellow polyethylene plastic and sized to fit BSP G ¼ to G2, Metric M10 to M52 and Swagelok 7/16”-20 to 1.7/8”-12 .
Push-On Flange Protectors
Push-On Flange Protectors are designed to fit over the ends many different styles and sizes of Grayloc end fittings. They are moulded in yellow polyethylene plastic to fit 3/8″ to 12″ nominal sized pipe flanges.
Outside fitting flange protectors
Outside fitting flange protectors pushes over the flange diameter. This style automatically slips over the flange to protect the face as well as the sides and is ideal for coated and conical bore flanges. Easy to remove than any other full-face, wrap-around protector in the industry. Its unique design allows coated and conical bore flanges to be easily protected. From DN 10 – DN 300 and 1/2″ – 10”

Pipe Protector Caps
Pipe Protector Caps One piece construction. Injection-moulded. Up to 64.” nominal pipe size and complemented with over 170 additional sizes. Internal ribs provide tight fit and release pressure build up. They are suited to the most severe weather conditions due to the use of UV stabilised material and the reinforced design.
